Job summary

Business Recruitment Services is seeking a BIM / Digital Delivery Coordinator in Johannesburg. You will coordinate multidisciplinary digital models, oversee federated models, and drive clash resolution across architectural, structural, civil and MEP teams.

You will ensure BEPs, standards, and CDE practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires hands-on BIM experience, ability to bridge modelling and coordination, and mentoring of junior modellers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, IT / Digital Engineering, BIM / Digital Construction, or related field.
