About the Role

Our client, a dynamic architectural firm situated in Mossel Bay , is looking for a skilled BIM Architectural Technician to join their growing technical team. This role is crucial in supporting the design and documentation process through the creation and management of Building Information Models. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and collaborative potential of our design workflows, working closely with architects and other design professionals. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong technical aptitude, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance architectural delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural projects using Revit.

Requirements
