Job summary

Technical Services Provider in Cape Town is seeking a Billing Administrator with basic working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts to join their team.

You will be responsible for the reconciliation of accounts and preparing account statements, and you will pick up and identify mistakes on accounts and bills and correct them. The role may require overtime and a valid driver's license with your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Bilingual English/Afrikaans is essential.
• Experience with Billing System software Infosoft/SAGE X3/ICE is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Own vehicle with valid Driver's License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and prepare account statements.
• Identify and correct errors on accounts and bills.
• Assist with general billing tasks as needed.
