Job summary

Yoyo is seeking a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team in Cape Town. This role supports day-to-day finance operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end activities to keep processes accurate and efficient.

You will work under the Billing Lead and Accountant, helping with banking administration, fixed asset updates, and compliance tasks, ensuring financial records are well-organised and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations including billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Familiar with month-end processes and banking administration.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day finance operations under the guidance of the Billing Lead and Accountant.
• Support billing, AR/AP, and month-end tasks to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Maintain fixed asset records and assist with compliance activities.
