Placements24 is seeking a dedicated bilingual Recruitment Consultant to join our Pretoria team, serving a diverse Gauteng client base. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from client engagement and needs analysis to candidate sourcing, selection, and placement.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Afrikaans, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the South African employment market.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Afrikaans is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the South African employment market.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Experience or familiarity with the Pretoria business landscape is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for various positions across industries.
