About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or a client-facing role, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
• Fluency in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients and candidates.
• Familiarity with the job market in the Mossel Bay area and surrounds is advantageous.
