Job summary

Lesedi Nuclear Services Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Proposals Project Manager to lead bid preparation from inception through clarification to award. You will coordinate inputs from multiple divisions, ensure compliance with tender procedures, and drive timely submissions for competitive proposals.

The role requires engineering credentials, tendering experience, and strong communication. You will manage interfaces with stakeholders and maintain accurate status updates to the Proposals Manager.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (National Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's).
• Project management qualification advantageous.
• Driver's license required.
• 3–7 years tendering experience in engineering/EPC preferred.
• Experience with NEC/FIDIC contracts beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate tender documents thoroughly.
• Identify critical returnables for proposal inclusion.
• Lead and allocate tasks to responsible resources and departments.
• Assemble supplied information and confirm adequacy of returnables.
• Assist with tendering processes including legal, technical, board, and commercial aspects.
• Ensure compliance with Lesedi's Tendering Processes and Procedures.
• Meet proposal deadlines consistently.
• Evaluate returnables and identify responsible parties for submissions.
• Collaborate with resources responsible for returnable submissions.
• Lead the proposals process according to established procedures.
• Assist and guide the development process.
• Expedite submission processes and ensure compliance.
• Collate tender returnables into compliant, competitive proposals.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Interface management of various involved parties.
• Identify and elevate problematic areas/topics effectively.
• Provide regular status updates to the Proposals Manager.
• Maintain professional client communication.
• Track and follow up on outstanding requirements.
