Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and follow technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts and packaging lines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks and moderate lifting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor beverage packaging machinery (bottling, labelling, sealing, and palletizing).
• Ensure packaging materials (bottles, cans, labels, cartons) are available and properly loaded.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure packaging quality meets company specifications.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Follow SOPs and comply with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory control of packaging materials when required.
• Provide support across different packaging lines depending on operational needs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
