Job summary

Tiger Consumer Brands Ltd. in Gauteng seeks a Reliever for Beverages Packaging to support the packaging team on short-notice absences. You will help run bottling, labeling and palletizing lines, uphold safety and hygiene standards, and ensure smooth production during shifts.

The role requires basic machinery skills, attention to detail, good communication, and willingness to work across different lines and weekends when needed. Previous packaging experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and follow technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor beverage packaging machinery (bottling, labeling, sealing, and palletizing).
• Ensure packaging materials are available and properly loaded.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area per hygiene standards.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure packaging quality meets specifications.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Follow SOPs and comply with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory control of packaging materials when required.
• Provide support across different packaging lines depending on needs.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets.
