Placements24 is seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join our security team in Benoni. You will proactively identify vulnerabilities, simulate attacks, and deliver detailed, actionable remediation guidance to strengthen defenses.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience, familiarity with tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite and Nmap, and relevant certifications. A Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
• OSCP, CEH, or GPEN certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive penetration tests on web apps, networks, and systems.
• Identify, analyze, and document security vulnerabilities and their potential impact.
• Develop proof-of-concept exploits for identified vulnerabilities.
• Provide clear remediation recommendations to technical teams.
• Stay current with latest exploitation techniques and security tools.
