Job summary

Beaver Migration and Recruitment invites an experienced Site Manager to relocate to Belgium and oversee large-scale institutional projects. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery while controlling costs.

The role requires 5–7 years of site management experience, strong drawing interpretation, and AutoCAD/BIM familiarity. English/Afrikaans proficiency and willingness to relocate are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a construction-related field.
• 5–7 years’ site management experience on large projects.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Strong reading of drawings and technical specs.
• Experience with AutoCAD and BIM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site activities, ensuring safety, schedule and budget compliance.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers; monitor progress with PM.
• Translate master schedules into weekly/daily priorities; plan materials.
• Read and interpret drawings/specifications; validate completed work.
• Organize site meetings, progress reports and cost follow-up.
