Job summary

Galliant is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD. No prior ABA or healthcare experience required—we offer 100% paid training and certification, plus a daytime schedule 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

You’ll work in a single clinic, gain RBT certification paid by us, and receive a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and life insurance as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly.

Responsibilities

Galliant is urgently hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No prior ABA or healthcare experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a energetic clinic environment.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and objective daily progress notes.
