Crew Life at Sea is seeking a Beauty Shop Specialist to deliver hair styling, manicures, pedicures, facials, and makeup to guests aboard our cruise ships. You will keep a clean, organized station and educate guests on products for at-home use, while driving high satisfaction in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience, a recognized beauty school certificate, and strong communication skills.

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including hair styling, manicures, pedicures, facials, and makeup application, to our guests onboard the cruise ship
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sanitized and stored
• Keep up-to-date with current beauty trends and techniques to provide the best services to our guests
• Educate guests on proper at-home beauty maintenance and recommend products for purchase
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and attentive services
• Collaborate with other onboard departments to coordinate guest appointments and ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and crew members
• Attend trainings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the beauty industry

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Shop Specialist or similar role
• Certification from a recognized beauty school or institute
• Strong knowledge of various beauty treatments and techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
