Job summary

Crew-life-at-sea is seeking a junior beautician to help deliver cosmetic services and workshops aboard our vessels. You will warmly welcome guests, assist hosts and service providers, and advise on applications and products with a friendly, professional approach.

The role emphasizes guest-centric service, hygiene compliance in cabins, and cross-selling across departments to enhance guest experience. German and English language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic training in cosmetics required.
• Career changers and beginners with the desire to learn welcome.
• Foreign language skills in German and English.

Responsibilities

• The junior beautician is responsible for the successful implementation of selected cosmetic services and workshops
• Warm, individual welcome and farewell to guests
• All-round support for guests (hosts, service providers, contact persons)
• Consulting and sales of applications and products
• Active cross-selling of further offers from the other departments
• Responsible for cleanliness in compliance with hygiene standards in the cabins
