The role involves managing relationships with retail chains and brand owners, guiding cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging, Quality, Production) and ensuring timely, cost-efficient delivery of innovative beauty products that delight consumers and strengthen market presence.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum of four years' relevant FMCG product development experience.
• Proven success record in FMCG product development.
• Strong project management and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong time management and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with retail chains and brand owners, presenting trends and spotting opportunities.
• Develop new beauty products and lines for retail and brand partners from concept to launch.
• Support post-launch with ongoing customer partnerships.
• Lead product development processes, overseeing formulation, packaging, costing, and artwork.
• Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, QA, and Production to ensure seamless delivery.
• Track timelines and budgets, troubleshoot during supply chain and operations.
• Maintain records to meet internal and external requirements.
