Develop online beauty assortments, monitor traffic, conversion and pricing, and collaborate on innovative launches and exclusives that meet customer demand and competitive pressures.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7+ years’ experience in e-commerce buying, category management or digital trading.
• Strong ownership of GMV, sales and profitability targets.
• Proven ability to use data to drive fast commercial decisions.
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics like conversion, traffic and promotional performance.
• Beauty/Cosmetics experience preferred.
