Job summary

The South African Breweries Ltd is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in the Vereeniging area. You will contribute to building strong distributor networks and ensuring products are stocked and visible in key outlets.

This role requires a 3-year degree, at least two years in sales/ FMCG, a valid Code 8 driver’s license, and proficient use of MS Office. Local market knowledge and strong administration will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 3-year degree qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing/FMCG environment.
• Valid non-endorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
• Basic computer literacy and experience working with Microsoft Office.
• Local area knowledge is a requirement.
• Excellent administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned areas.
• Manage and supervise distributors of assigned sector (order, payment, re‑distribution).
• Ensure IB products are available in reasonable stock (complete range) in the customers and retail outlets.
• Ensure chillers are properly placed in the performing outlet and used exclusively for IBPLC products in the assigned sector.
• Monitor the recommended price of our product at sales outlets.
• Closely monitor actions of the competition.
