The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with international guests, is reliable and neat, and can work independently while supporting a small, remote team. Evening, weekend, and public holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, ideally within a lodge or upmarket hospitality environment.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers.
• Good understanding of stock control and bar administration.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Reliable, presentable, and able to work independently.
• Team player who adapts well to a small, remote operation.
• Willingness to work flexible lodge hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Comfortable with live-in bush living.

Responsibilities
