About the Role

We are looking for a warm, knowledgeable and passionate Bartender to join the Arlecchino by tashas team.

As a Bartender, you will be an important part of the guest experience, creating beautifully prepared beverages while delivering service that is attentive, genuine and quietly confident. You will bring energy and care to every interaction, understand what our guests are looking for, and make thoughtful recommendations that enhance their experience.

From the first welcome to the final farewell, you will help create an environment that feels polished, generous and distinctly Arlecchino.

Your Mission

You will take ownership of the bar throughout service, ensuring every drink is prepared with precision and consistency, every detail is considered, and every guest receives the level of care expected of an Arlecchino by tashas experience.

• Prepare and serve all beverages according to established recipes, specifications and brand standards.
• Have a strong understanding of the beverage and wine offering, including ingredients, flavour profiles, preparation methods, allergens and inspiration behind each item.
• Check the quality, freshness and presentation of juices, fruits, purees, batches and beverages before serving.
• Maintain consistency, precision and attention to detail throughout every service.

• Welcome every guest warmly and promptly, creating a genuine sense of connection from the moment they arrive.

Bar Excellence

• Ensure the bar, counters, stations, equipment, glassware and service areas are clean, organised, hygienic and fully prepared.
• Complete opening, mid-shift and closing responsibilities to the highest standard.
• Maintain excellent mise en place and ensure all products and supplies are stocked and replenished throughout service.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise waste and use products thoughtfully and responsibly.
• Maintain an efficient flow of beverage orders, prioritising effectively during busy periods.
• Keep the bar counter neat and well presented throughout service, ensuring guests are attended to promptly.

Guest Care & Responsible Service

• Monitor guest consumption and ensure alcohol is served responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and company procedures.
• Communicate guest feedback, requests, delays or concerns to the relevant manager promptly.
• Handle guest questions and feedback with tact, warmth and professionalism.
• Treat every guest with respect and consideration, embracing different cultures, backgrounds and perspectives.

Teamwork & Ownership

• Work collaboratively with the entire team to create a seamless guest experience.
• Support colleagues across departments and contribute positively to the rhythm of service.
