Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare and serve drinks and food to the correct spec, at the bar or via the app.
• Deliver food to tables, check back with customers and clear plates promptly.
• Provide friendly interactions: greet guests, thank them and build rapport.
• Be knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products.
• Maintain clean as you go standards, clear tables, wipe surfaces and monitor toilets.
• Support in all areas including glass-washing and restocking as needed.
