Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and build pipeline across South Africa. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone to book discovery calls for Account Executives.

You will maintain records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, test messaging, and continuously refine targeting with the sales team.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.
