Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline.

You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

Formación

• B2B sales experience with a track record of prospecting and building pipeline.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in an agency or SaaS context.
• Able to personalize outreach and communicate clearly in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As B2B Inside Sales Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients. This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

What You Bring

• B2B sales experience preferred. Full-cycle closers who have carried a quota are welcome.
• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
