Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As SDR, you will research and book meetings with qualified decision makers, representing Blacksmith with thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn and Salesforce.

You will own the top of the funnel by sourcing accounts, identifying decision makers, crafting personalized sequences, and maintaining clean records to support Account Executives in closing deals.

Formación

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• B2B sales experience and ability to hit a quota.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As B2B Inside Sales Representative at Blacksmith, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients. This is not about spamming a list. It is thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

What You Will Own

What You Bring

• B2B sales experience preferred. Full-cycle closers who have carried a quota are welcome.
• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
