Job summary

LabourNet, a leading South African HR and payroll consultancy, is seeking a B-BBEE Specialist to assist clients in generating, implementing and tracking B-BBEE projects for certification. The role requires meticulous project management, regulatory knowledge and strong client engagement in a fast-paced environment.

You should have 1–2 years’ B-BBEE consulting experience, BA/BCom or related degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license is advantageous.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a B-BBEE Specialist to assist clients withgenerating, implementing and tracking various B-BBEE projects which result in our clients obtaininga B-BBEE Certificate. The role advises and supports clients with queries, overcoming obstacles that hinder compliance, affecting changes to strategies based on new information and routine management of client expectations. It generates plans, drives projects, and handles various reporting requirements.It manages multiple simultaneous projects that require meticulous time management, legislative knowledge, attention to detail and habitual problem solving skills. This is an exciting, fast paced and high- pressure role.

Qualifications

You’ll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:

• 1 to 2 years’ previous experience in B-BBEE consulting
• 1 to 2 years’ previous experience in B-BBEE verification services advantageous
• 1 yearexperience in the B-BBEE, Human Resource Management, Financeor Skills Development and Employment Equity industries advantageous
• BA/ BCom Degree in Law/ HR/ Industrial Psychology/ Business/ Accounting/ Management/ Financial Management or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office essential
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Salary: R 25 500 - R30 600 CTCper month
