Job summary

SERR Synergy in Pretoria seeks a B-BBEE Professional / Verification Analyst to join the team. The role focuses on advising clients on BEE requirements, guiding strategy implementation and preparing verification materials.

The candidate will prepare preliminary ratings, manage verification files, and liaise with external agencies to ensure timely submissions. Strong governance, accuracy and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• An LLB, BCom (Law), BA (Law) or similar qualification with a minimum of two years' experience in commercial law or B-BBEE compliance.
• Knowledgeable on the B-BBEE Codes and Sector Codes.
• Fully computer literate and numerically proficient.
• Strong administrative and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English preferred; able to work under pressure.
• Must have own reliable transport.

• Consult with a portfolio of clients on BEE requirements, targets and overall BEE needs.
• Guide clients to implement BEE strategies effectively.
• Prepare preliminary rating for clients before verification.

Our established company is looking for a B-BBEEProfessional / Verification Analyst tojoin our team in Pretoria.

We are seeking to employ a well-organized Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BEE) Professional / Legal Advisor / Verification Analyst.

• An LLB, BCom (Law), BA (Law), or a similar qualification with a minimum of two years' experience in commercial law, or extensive experience in the application of B-BBEE legislation and compliance, is essential.
• Knowledgeable on the B-BBEE Codes andSector Codes.
• Fully computer literate.
• Numerical proficiency.
• Strong administrative and excellent communication skills.
• Preferably Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• The candidate must be able to work under pressure.
• Self-starter with a high level of integrity and accountability.
• Must have own reliable transport.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
