Qualifications

• Azure cloud infra design, deployment and monitoring experience.
• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• Experience in incident management and security within Azure.
• Exposure to on-prem and cloud integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Azure Cloud Infrastructure: Design, build, manage, and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure and services within the ICT cloud environment (40%).
• Incident and Ticket Management: Manage incidents and ticket requests within the ICT Operations cloud environment (40%).
• Cloud Security and Compliance: Ensure cloud security, compliance, and risk mitigation for Company Azure resources (5%).
• Process and System Improvement: Drive process and system improvements within the ICT engineering environment (5%).
• Support Procedures: Update and maintain support procedures within the ICT engineering environment (5%).
• Stakeholder Relations: Manage stakeholder relations and provide client service within ICT.
