Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Aircraft Sheet Metal Worker or in a similar structural repair role.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting aircraft blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.
• Skilled in using sheet metal fabrication tools and machinery, including shears, brakes, drills, and riveting equipment.
• Good understanding of aircraft materials and their properties.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adhering to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures and components for aircraft according to blueprints and specifications.
• Repair damaged aircraft structures by cutting, shaping, and fitting metal parts.
• Perform precision work, including drilling, riveting, countersinking, and sealing of metal surfaces.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Ensure all work meets required tolerances and quality standards for airworthiness.
• Operate and maintain sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
