Qualifications

• Proven experience in aircraft sheet metal work or similar structural repair.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and repair manuals.
• Skilled with sheet metal fabrication tools and techniques (riveting, drilling, forming).
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural repair principles and materials.

Responsibilities

• Repair, fabricate, and install sheet metal components on aircraft structures per blueprints and manuals.
• Perform precision measurements, cutting, shaping, drilling, and riveting of sheet metal.
• Inspect parts for fit, defects, and compliance with specs.
• Operate shop tools and machinery safely (shears, brakes, presses, drills).
• Collaborate with engineers/technicians to meet structural integrity requirements.
