Placements24 seeks an experienced Aviation Security Manager to lead security operations at its facility in Bloemfontein, Free State. You will develop and oversee comprehensive security programs protecting passengers, staff, aircraft and infrastructure.

You will coordinate with law enforcement and aviation authorities, ensure compliance with ICAO Annex 17 and national regulations, and supervise security personnel. On-site role with a focus on vigilance and effective response to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in aviation security management or related leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of aviation security principles, threat assessment, and risk management.

About the Role Our client, a major airport operator, is seeking an experienced Aviation Security Manager to lead security operations at their facility in Bloemfontein, Free State . This crucial role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive security programs to protect passengers, staff, aircraft, and airport infrastructure from threats. You will manage security personnel, coordinate with law enforcement agencies, and ensure strict adherence to all national and international aviation security regulations. This is an on-site position requiring a dedicated and vigilant individual committed to maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
