Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in aviation safety analysis or compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software) and safety reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze safety reports, incident data, and operational metrics to identify safety trends and risks.
• Monitor aviation regulatory changes and assess their impact on company policies and procedures.
• Support the development and implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Prepare regular compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
