Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, law or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation regulatory compliance or a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of national and international aviation regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret aviation regulations (SACAA, EASA, FAA) and implications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and identify gaps with actionable improvements.
• Prepare and submit documentation and reports to authorities.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
• Provide guidance and training on regulatory requirements to staff.
• Stay updated on aviation law changes and advise management.
• Oversee certification processes and maintain airworthiness standards.
