Completed apprenticeship or vocational training in Aircraft Maintenance.
AMT license or equivalent certification desirable.
Minimum 3 years experience on commercial or general aviation aircraft.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems and powerplants.
Ability to read technical documentation and perform detailed repairs.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail in a safety-critical environment.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of aircraft systems and components according to manufacturer and regulatory specifications.
Conduct thorough inspections, including visual, functional, and operational checks, to identify and rectify potential defects or safety hazards.
Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to accurately diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Document all maintenance actions, parts used, and time spent accurately in the aircraft maintenance logs and computerized systems.
Collaborate with flight crews and operations personnel to ensure timely resolution of aircraft discrepancies and minimize downtime.
Adhere strictly to all aviation safety regulations , company policies, and environmental procedures.
