Qualifications

• 3–5 years of external sales experience in lighting or closely related B2B environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and hitting targets.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial lighting systems and energy standards.
• Ability to discuss technical details with engineers and ROI with CFO.

Responsibilities

• Own the lighting sales strategy across commercial, industrial, and residential markets.
• Build and manage a self-built pipeline of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead full-cycle deals from site assessment and proposals to ROI models and contract close.
• Maintain key account relationships and drive growth long after first sale.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
