Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector in automotive/manufacturing
• Strong understanding of automotive components, assembly processes and quality standards
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality control plans
• Good documentation and reporting skills

Responsabilidades

• Perform visual and functional inspections of vehicles at various points on the assembly line.
• Identify and document defects, deviations from specifications, or quality issues in components or finished vehicles.
• Utilize inspection tools, gauges, and measurement devices to verify compliance with quality standards.

• Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and contribute to preventative measures.
• Conduct final quality checks before vehicle dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness throughout the production facility.
