Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in production, preferably automotive.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role within a production environment.
• Experience supervising and coordinating production staff.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Ability to monitor targets, workflow and efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
