Placements24 is seeking an Automotive Parts Advisor for their Stellenbosch service department. You will be the primary contact for customers and technicians, identifying parts needs and advising on suitability and installation.

Responsibilities include sourcing, ordering and stocking parts, managing inventory, processing orders and payments, and maintaining accurate records. A strong knowledge of automotive parts and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and terminology.
• Experience with parts cataloging software and inventory systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical qualifications are a plus.
