Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with automotive specialization.
3–5 years of automotive mechanical design and development experience.
Proficient in 3D CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools.
Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain and materials.
Experience with automotive testing procedures and standards.
Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Design and develop automotive mechanical components and systems (engine parts, suspension, braking).
Perform simulations and analyses (FEA, durability tests) to validate designs.
Collaborate with electrical/software/manufacturing teams for integration.
Create CAD models, drawings, and BOMs for automotive components.
Support prototype build/test activities and document results.
Stay current with automotive industry trends and regulations.
