Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on automation and robotics.
• Experience with industrial robot programming (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) and PLC systems.
• Strong understanding of automation principles, control systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software for designing automated work cells and layouts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated systems and robotic cells for manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate and select appropriate automation technologies and equipment based on project requirements and ROI analysis.
• Program and troubleshoot industrial robots and automated machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and mechanical engineers, to integrate automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automated systems, including control logic, operating procedures, and maintenance schedules.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of existing automated processes.
