Qualifications

• Proven automation development using PowerShell or Python.
• Strong automation principles and tool usage.
• Troubleshooting automation issues.
• Experience with server and network device baselines.
• Basic networking understanding.
• Experience with virtualization and storage hardware.
• Azure and AWS cloud familiarity.
• Scripting knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leverage scripting and automation tools to streamline processes.
• Develop and implement automation to reduce failure rates.
• Create tools to solve issues faster and more efficiently.
• Implement self-service solutions for clients.
• Document automation initiatives with ROI projections.
• Maintain and secure a scripting repository.
• Create reports on automation progress using Power BI/BrightGauge.
• Automate patching via Kaseya VSA, Addigy, and Intune.
• Manage the RMM and analytics platforms (Kaseya, BrightGauge).
• Provide automated patch status and endpoint compliance reports.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate automation with existing systems.
• Maintain documentation of scripts, tools, and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance on automation best practices.
