Job summary

Allan Gray Proprietary Limited is seeking a technically strong Developer II to join Operations Analytics. You will work across automated solutions, including Tungsten RPA, Python, SQL and APIs, contributing from design to production support.

The role invites graduates with strong technical ability or experienced developers who can contribute independently from an early stage, delivering maintainable, scalable solutions within Retail Operations.

Qualifications

A relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Strong technical ability with practical development experience encouraged for graduates and professionals.
Relevant project, internship or software-development experience advantageous.
Exceptional graduates considered if they show problem-solving and practical development skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, implement and maintain automation and software solutions for Retail Operations.
Develop solutions using Tungsten Automation (Kofax) RPA, SQL, Python, APIs and scripting languages.
Contribute to AI solutions including AI agents and generative AI-enabled workflows.
Collaborate with teams across Retail Operations to understand challenges and opportunities.
Produce technical documentation, support guides and solution designs.
Share knowledge and contribute to building team capability and continuous improvement.
