Job summary

Nerospec Group is seeking skilled Auto Electricians to join our team in the mining sector. You will be responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of collision prevention systems on both surface and underground mining equipment.

The role requires at least 2 years of post-apprenticeship experience as an Auto Electrician in mining, with hands-on exposure to underground and/or surface machines and a valid trade certificate. Knowledge of safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• N4 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Trade Certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years' after apprenticeship experience as an Auto Electrician in the mining industry.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Nerospec's collision prevention system on surface and underground mining machines.
• Ensure all work complies with mine safety and OEM standards.

Education
