Job summary

GAP Consulting in South Africa is seeking a capable Workshop Manager for an Accredited Auto Body Repair Centre. You will lead daily workshop operations, oversee a team, and ensure accurate repair estimates while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years' workshop management experience, an Autobody Repairer qualification (Spraypainter beneficial), and proficiency with Dr Smash, Audatex, TMS and Vantage. References required. Negotiable basic salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as a Workshop Manager at an Accredited Auto Body Repair Centre.
• Autobody Repairer qualification; Spraypainter beneficial.
• Experience with Dr Smash, Audatex, TMS and Vantage.
• Admin experience and team leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs, bodywork and paint processes.
• Manage daily workshop operations and prepare accurate repair estimates.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have 3 to 5 years' experience as a Workshop Manager at an Accredited Auto Body Repair Centre
