Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced Audit Manager in Randburg to lead audit engagements from planning to finalisation, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards.

You will mentor Trainee Accountants to meet SAICA requirements, review files and financial statements for ISA compliance, manage client relationships and contribute to the growth of the Audit Department.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit engagements from planning through to finalisation, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop audit teams, including coaching and mentoring Trainee Accountants in line with SAICA requirements.
• Review audit files and financial statements and ensure compliance with ISAs and firm methodology.
• Identify audit risks, resolve issues and provide practical solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and manage client expectations.
• Monitor budgets, WIP, recoverability and billing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.
• Work closely with Partners and contribute to the overall success and growth of the Audit Department.
