About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding technology solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled Associate General Counsel specializing in Contracts to join their legal team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of commercial contracts, including software licenses, service agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements. You will play a key role in advising business teams on contractual terms, risks, and legal implications, ensuring that contracts align with the company's strategic objectives and risk appetite. We are looking for a meticulous and proactive lawyer with excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, capable of managing a high volume of complex agreements in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
