Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Associate General Counsel for its Benoni office to provide broad legal support across corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and litigation management. You will work with senior leadership and external counsel to protect the company’s interests in Gauteng.

The role requires admission as an attorney with at least 7 years’ experience in corporate law, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle complex matters under pressure.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of broad legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, litigation, and regulatory compliance.

This integral role involves providing comprehensive legal support across various business functions, including corporate governance, compliance, commercial contracts, and litigation management. You will work closely with senior leadership and external counsel to protect the company's interests and ensure adherence to legal standards. Key Responsibilities
