impact.com is a leading commerce partnership marketing platform seeking an Associate Data Analyst in Cape Town. You will collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to uncover patterns and support decision-making.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and building dashboards that drive measurable outcomes for campaigns and partnerships. A strong foundation in Python, SQL, and data visualization is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years in data analysis, BI, or data engineering role.
• Strong Python and SQL coding skills.
• Experience with data wrangling and visualization.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its integrated technologies.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, SSRS/SSAS, or QlikView.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data from diverse sources including SQL databases, big data technologies, and reporting systems.
• Assist with the identification, creation and maintenance of master datasets.
• Create visualizations and dashboards as directed by stakeholders.
• Participate in data stewardship and quality initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical team members.
