Job summary

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd. seeks a dedicated wildlife officer to lead conservation initiatives in a rural setting in the Eastern Cape. You’ll coordinate fieldwork, monitor populations and engage with communities, reporting findings to the team.

Key requirements include a Diploma in Nature Conservation or similar, 2–5 years’ wildlife experience, a Code 08 driver’s licence, and strong photography/videography and social media skills. Housing is provided for a single person.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nature Conservation/Wildlife Management or equivalent.
• 2-5 years’ experience in wildlife management/conservation/game breeding or similar.
• Valid EB Drivers Licence (Code 08).
• Working knowledge of MS Office and other management software.
• Experience in Photography/Videography and Social Media platform engagement.
