Job summary

Mr Price Group Careers in Western Cape is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to relieve the Store Manager in their absence and help uphold standards of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and security.

You will assist in staff management, customer service, cash handling, and implementing sales initiatives to reach store targets in a retail clothing environment.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 required (Mathematics advantage).
• Experience managing a department.
• Clothing retail experience highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Relieve store manager in their absence and assist in daily operations.
• Maintain housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline and security.
• Banking of money and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures.
