Mr-Price-Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Power Fashion Dunoon in the Western Cape. The role supports the Store Manager in operations, ensures housekeeping and merchandising standards, and maintains security and discipline across the store.

The successful candidate will have Matric or NQF4, prior department management experience, and preferably clothing retail experience. Responsibilities include enhancing customer service, managing staff, and driving sales targets.

Formación

• Matric/Grade 12 (Mathematics an advantage) or NQF Level 4.
• Previous experience managing a department.
• Previous clothing retail experience would be highly advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Relieve store manager in their absence and assist in maintaining company standards.
• Maintain housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline and security.
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures and assist in staff management.
• Ensure front end controls are in place and oversee the cash office.
• Oversee stock loss prevention and deliver strong customer service.
• Introduce sales initiatives to reach store targets.

Job Description

An Assistant Manager is accountable for relieving the Store Manager in their absence and assists in maintaining company standards of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and security.

Qualifications
