Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching the sales team and to drive sales, customer service and store operations at our prestige beauty counter in Johannesburg.

The role requires proven supervisory experience, a flair for coaching, and the ability to handle inventory, cash reconciliation and POS software in a fast-paced retail environment. A passion for cosmetics and high performance is essential.

Qualifications
